Team Expansion News!
Primmer Olds B.A.S welcomes a new graduate surveyor in its professional and agency team. Ellis Sims has an MSc in Real Estate from The College of Estate Management and is working towards becoming an MRICS and Registered Valuer. He previously worked for local firm London Clancy before joining the team at Primmer Olds BAS. He will work closely with experienced Chartered Surveyors & Registered Valuers in assisting with valuations and other landlord and tenant related professional work across the region. Outside of work he is keen on sports and has been known to tackle the odd triathlon, although admits he is a little out of practice. Ellis was attracted to Primmer Olds B.A.S because of their forward thinking a positive attitude towards work and people focused culture.
