Following receipt of instructions from a Landlord client, Primmer Olds B.A.S have let two industrial units on Commercial Road, Totton.
The two units, which are prominently located adjacent to Newman’s Suzuki, were formally occupied by a well established car repair centre.
The marketing campaign presented the units to the market as being available separately or combined. With strong appetite evident for each individual unit that was the direction taken leading to the agreement of terms with both Total Paint Services, a paint supplier to the automotive industry, and Dentaid, a local charity with a global reach. As well as providing free dental care for homeless and vulnerable people, Dentaid, a registered charity, have also worked in 70 countries delivering safe sustainable dental treatment in poor and remote communities.
