Acting on behalf of long standing clients, Evolve Estates, Primmer Olds have recently acquired a parade of five shops and eight flats in The Marsh, Hythe, Hampshire.
The opportunity had a vacant retail unit which Primmer Olds agreed a letting on during the purchase to achieve 100% occupancy from completion.
