Primmer Olds BAS have sold the 1.5 acre site to Cardiff based Castleoak; a specialist in the construction & development of care, retirement & assisted living throughout the UK. The site occupies a prominent busy roadside position on the edge of Southampton, within the Borough of Eastleigh. The site was sold in a competitive market situation on a subject to planning basis, with consent being granted at the end of 2016.
