Projects Team Develops
The Projects Team within our Building Consultancy service line goes from strength to strength with two recent appointments.
RIBA Architect James Fewtrell joins from an award winning Winchester practice to lead our design side, working on a variety of projects for our extensive occupier & developer client base. He will be working alongside recent addition William Wyley, a member of The Association for Project Management. Will has previous experience with national consultancies like WYG as well as having previously worked on projects for The University of Winchester & The London Fire Brigade. He will work with Project Team Director Bradley Smith & Alex Walker, Senior Project Manager.
Our projects team now deals with a variety of sector types from initial feasibility & planning through the design stage to construction project management. The team has a complex range of skills and is working on projects from residential developments for private developers to new motor dealerships and school expansion projects.
