Lauren joins as part of the growing property management team, working on commercial property, retail property and residential property management across Hampshire and Dorset.
Melanie is welcomed as Surveying Executive within the fast developing Building Consultancy area of the business working with a team of property professionals across a number of disciplines, including building surveying, project management, architecture and contract administration. The team is involved in the development of motor trade dealerships, new school extensions as well as refurbishments of shopping centres to name a few current projects. Melanie has a wealth of experience in PA roles in a number of top banks and will help the team develop their systems and new business.
