Development Land Sold – The Avenue, Southampton
Acting on behalf of the Trustees of the Southampton Christian Science Society, Primmer Olds BAS have sold the freehold of their circa 0.42 acre site located within The Avenue Conservation Area of the city.
The site which had a road frontage of approx. 33 metres was previously used for religious purposes with a church hall & reading rooms.
The site generated significant interest from occupiers & developers on what is considered a prime site for residential development in this northern part of the city centre.
Director Duane Walker, commented “ Demand remains high for high quality housing sites & land in prominent positions with road frontage within the area. The site had a number of potential alternative uses, subject to planning.”
