Two buildings sold within two months on the same street
Acting on behalf of two separate private clients, Primmer Olds has sold two commercial properties on Bellevue Road, Southampton, within a couple of months of marketing.
An office building comprising 2,180 sq ft and previously occupied and owned by an old accountancy firm was sold with planning consent already in place for conversion to six flats. Offers were received in excess of the asking price following a high level of interest from local developers and investors.
The second property, previously occupied by an amusement arcade, comprised a ground floor and part first floor commercial unit with residential uppers, which had scope for alternative uses and potential development.
