Mixed Use Development Southampton let to American fast food chain Nathan’s Famous
Primmer Olds B.A.S has recently let a ground floor commercial property Southampton forming part of a large mixed use student accommodation scheme.
Acting on behalf of AIG Global Real Estate Investment, Primmer Olds B.A.S has let the 2,657 sq ft shell conditioned unit to a Bournemouth based company opening the first franchise in the UK with plans to open further stores in the future.
The franchise was established in 1916 when Nathan Handwerker started a hot dog stand on Coney Island, New York. Following the expansion of their second store in 1955, the business now has stores all over the world including 1,400 in the US.
