Mixed Use Investment Sold in Southampton

12th Aug 2016 | Agency

Primmer Olds B.A.S acting for private investors have disposed of a mixed use investment comprising a veterinary clinic let to national vets practice CVS Group Plc who own more than 350 surgeries throughout the UK. The property comprised two buildings, the other let as a Bed and Breakfast. The building was sold to a local property investment and development company off a guide price approaching £1million.

Selling agent Duane Walker commented; “This was a rather unusual lot with a mix of tenants and uses set within a substantial plot in a central location close to the city centre and railway station. There were long term angles for re-development of the site subject to a number of factors. The property therefore appealed to the buyers due to the relatively good return in the medium term and strength of one of the tenants."

Primmer Olds B.A.S are active on the acquisition of investment and development property throughout Hampshire and Dorset.
