Primmer Olds B.A.S Building Consultancy team go back to school
Our appointment as Contract Administrator and Principal Designer for the building of a new sports hall and associated classrooms at Upper Shirley High School follows our success with refurbishment and new build projects at Harefield Primary School and Townhill Infant School.
Our involvement in advising and working with Hamwic Trust from the pre-project funding allocation stage has provided us with the opportunity to develop the client brief, as well as align and manage each key stakeholders requirements from inception, which has resulted in successful completion of projects that have been delivered within budget. We are excited to be taking forward such a significant project in the local school sector.
Primmer Olds B.A.S Professional team are also instructed by The Hamwic Trust and are carrying out valuations of four schools in the Poole area in view of proposed converstion to Academy status.
In recent years Primmer Olds B.A.S have built up expertise in valuing educational facilities having valued several schools and other educational establishments in the southern region.
