2nd Nov 2016 | Agency

Taco Bell, the Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain, are soon to open their 13th UK store at Hanover Buildings in central Southampton.

The fast food giant serves more than 36.8 million consumers each week in approximately 6,500 restaurants worldwide. Taco Bell was founded in the USA in 1962 by the inventor of the taco shell. Since the opening of its first restaurant in California, it has now expanded into 10 countries across Asia, Europe and The Americas.

Letting agent Patrick Mattison of Primmer Olds B.A.S commented “As a consequence of the ongoing construction of West Quay Watermark and impending overdue redevelopment of Bargate Centre, Hanover Buildings is transforming back into the retail and dining location it once was. The recent erection of the Taco Bell sign will no doubt be the first of many exciting changes that are likely to take place in the next coming weeks and months.”

Primmer Olds B.A.S acted as joint agents with Smith Price on behalf of the Landlord. Should you be looking to acquire or dispose of retail space in Southampton, please do not hesitate to contact our Agency team on 023 8022 2292.
