Acting for private investors, Primmer Olds have sold the freehold of a block of seven self-contained flats to another private landlord.
The building was let on Assured shorthold tenancies and located in a strong rental area close to the M27 and Southampton University in the Swaythling area of the city.
Selling agent Duane Walker commented, “We saw very strong demand from investors with the property selling at the asking price following 'best bids'. This reflects the continued demand for this type of investment in particular with the forthcoming changes in stamp duty.”
