Eastgate House Residential Development Nears Completion
The dramatic transformation of this Grade II Listed former printing works to a plush new “loft style” development of one and three bedroom apartments in central Southampton nears completion. The interior of this mid 19th century building whose last use was offices is now arranged as attractive apartments as shown in the images. The building required sensitive refurbishment due to historic features and conservation area location.
