Occupying a prominent location at the junction of The Square and West Borough in the heart of this thriving market town, the property, which once housed a temperance hotel, has an extensive return frontage.

The major party of the property is let to Boots Opticians who initially took a lease of the former Brian Drydens electrical shop in 2015, subsequently expanding into the former Harold G Walker solicitors offices in order to offer an enhanced range of services to the firm’s clients. The remaining space is let to Guardall Security Services.

The freehold interest was sold via an off-market exercise for an undisclosed sum.
