Industrial Lettings Adds More Pressure On Supply Shortage

Acting on behalf of Romfield Holdings Limited, Primmer Olds B.A.S have secured two new tenants within Belbins Business Park, Cupernham Lane, Romsey, Hampshire, within the infill development originally built in 2013.

The units which both extend to 1,752 sq.ft each have been let to Grant Haze Hampshire Limited and Southern Engineering & Marine Company Limited respectively. 

Grant Haze Hampshire Limited, who are part of the larger Grant Haze Group, are specialists in the supply of architectural ironmongery and general building products. They have relocated from premises within Ensign Way, Hamble.

Southern Engineering & Marine Company provide a range of welding and fabrication services in marine and general metal repairs and builds. They are requiring larger premises in order to satisfy demand.

Primmer Olds B.A.S Director of Commercial Agency Hampshire commented ‘This letting demonstrates that the strength of local industrial sector sees no signs of abating any time soon. Businesses continue to seek new premises largely as a result of expansion plans. Whilst we are seeing quite a number of new schemes coming out of the ground at the larger end of the market with the likes of Mountpark -  Southampton, South Central - Nursling, Logistics City - Whiteley, Harts Farm Way - Havant, Merlin Park - Portsmouth & Proxima Park - Waterlooville, new estates comprising of units between 0-5,000sq.ft are very limited.’
