It’s ‘ale’ about the letting!
Primmer Olds B.A.S has recently let a newly refurbished retail unit in The Precinct, Chandlers Ford to a micro brewery.
Following the closure of HSBC, the premises was refurbished into its original two unit format, overseen by Primmer Olds B.A.S project management team, to accommodate one of many micro-breweries expanding across the country.
The Steel Tank Alehouse opened its doors on 21st December 2017 and has since received rave reviews for its local beers and relaxed atmosphere. This is the first of three lettings due to complete, with the remaining two under offer and due to conclude in the next month.
