Due to the recent merger and continued growth of the business, Primmer Olds B.A.S is now seeking to recruit an MRICS qualified Registered Valuer at Senior Surveyor/Associate level.
The role will include valuation, landlord and tenant work and general consultancy within the professional services department. You will be a confident, motivated and experienced professional looking to develop your career with a forward thinking practice.
The business has an excellent reputation in this area for providing sound commercial advice and superior client service. We are on a number of major bank lending panels as well as undertaking private client work across a range of sectors. The geographical area of the work will concentrate on the South Central region spanning Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and West Sussex.
