British baker chain take on prime corner unit in Southampton
Primmer Olds B.A.S dispose of prominent roadside retail unit to national British bakery, Greggs.
The property comprises 1,518 sq.ft and is located on main arterial route in and out of Southampton City Centre. Having transacted with Greggs in the past we are delighted to have helped them take on a new unit in such a prime location.
