Holland & Barrett sign up in Shirley
Primmer Olds BAS acquired the freehold of the former Clintons Cards in Shirley High Street, Southampton for a private property company based in Farnham in an off market deal in 2017. The property had been available to let for an extended period with a London agent as a whole.
Following purchase with vacant possession, assisted by Primmer Olds BAS the owners created two residential units which have been let on assured shorthold tenancies out of redundant first floor space & a small re-configuration of the ground floor enabled a letting to be done with Holland & Barrett for a new self-contained store.
The space is currently being fitted out and due to open soon.
