The property is one of the very few high bay warehouses in the city. It previously operated as a document storage facility with fitted racking and motorised lift.
The privately owned unit comprising 3,972 sq ft, was transacted on behalf of a regular client, on a new fully repairing and insuring lease to a local occupier.
