We Are Moving!
2022 marks the 35th anniversary of the firm established in 1987 as a team of two. The business has merged and acquired over the years and today is a multi-skilled property advisory business with areas spanning architecture, commercial agency, investment & development as well as building consultancy and professional services. The business now operates from two offices and covers the whole of central southern England.
The Clockwise offices at Mountbatten House were selected for their high quality fit out, superb location and the flexibility it provides for the new modern way of working. The business has taken a people first approach, putting environment and wellbeing at the front of the decision-making process. The space also provides an excellent facility for client meetings and events and is conveniently located for local facilities and transport.
Director, Duane Walker commented; “The business had outgrown its current office and we were looking for a space that would represent the investment we wish to make in our people going forward and that demonstrated the quality we have in the business. We are very proud of the move and how it fits with our vison of adding value for our clients and staff.”
The new offices will be operational from Monday 16th May 2022.
