Site secured off market for new convenience store development in Hampshire

Acting on behalf of a private property company client, Primmer Olds B.A.S are pleased to have recently completed the purchase of a main road site in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire for the extension and development of a new Tesco Convenience Store.
The site had an existing derelict retail unit on the site and a large car park. There was also a previous planning refusal for a residential block of flats.
