Over 500 deals in just over 10 years
In March 2010, our Agency Director, Patrick Mattison, walked through the doors of Primmer Olds B.A.S as an eager volunteer in the Agency team, seeking experience in a challenging market, joining the then team of eight.
Shortly after, with Patrick’s first deal completed on a light industrial unit in Eastleigh on 17th March 2010, he secured a job within the company as the new Agency Graduate Surveyor. 10 years later and Patrick has completed 503 acquisition and disposal deals within our Agency team across the retail, office and industrial/warehouse sectors.
In November 2019 Patrick was promoted to a Director. Patrick has worked extremely hard throughout his time here and we have been delighted by watching him grow. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for him at Primmer Olds B.A.S.
