Further national brands sign up at Totton Shopping Centre
Primmer Olds BAS have continued success at Totton Shopping Centre on behalf of their landlord clients. National occupiers Savers Health Home Beauty and Specsavers Audiologists complete new leases at the centre. This is a great boost to the centre in the lead up to Christmas further strengthening the line up of tenants which now also include, Costa Coffee, Thomas Cook, 99p Stores as well as the major banks.
Following acquisition a few years ago the centre has had continued take up from occupiers with increased footfall & general activity. The centre remains the retail focus for this popular & densely populated town on the edge of Southampton and the New Forest.
