New Café for Poole
Primmer Olds B.A.S ( incorporating Willis Commercial) have let the former Subway store at 117 Parkstone Rd, Poole.
The premises which are situated in a busy parade opposite the Civic Centre have reopened as Happy Beans café following a comprehensive refurbishment programme.
