Joel joined Primmer Olds B.A.S from Thorpe Building Consultancy being brought in as Senior Building Surveyor, to work within the Building Consultancy team. Joel has 25 years of experience and his main responsibilities were landlord and tenant, contract administration and project management has extensive experience of general building surveyors for a wide range of clients including defect diagnosis, acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, party wall, and reinstatement cost assessments.
Outside of work Joel enjoys watching and participating in sports, he is involved in his local church but enjoys spending time with his children which often involves playing with dolls, doing crafts or dancing! Not the golf, football, running, or bodyboarding he would prefer to do!
