Robert Primmer

Consultant
Robert was a founding partner of Primmer Olds when it all started back in 1987. He has worked as a Chartered Surveyor in the region for over thirty years specialising in Commercial Valuation, Landlord and Tenant negotiations and advising a range of clients from local businesses to banks, pension funds and property investment companies.
Robert is actively involved in dispute resolution including arbitration and independent expert determinations as well as undertaking Expert Witness reports for court purposes.
Robert is a Director of The Mayflower Theatre Trust in Southampton as well as being 1/6 of ‘Contraband’, who, on a number of occasions, fight it out for the title of Solent Rocks! Best Band at Southampton’s Legal Professionals annual music event. He recently formed a band named 98% Chimp and is a season ticket holder for Southampton Football Club.
